Cool Foods
We aim to reduce food's climate impact by encouraging progression toward plant-rich diets by featuring Cool Food in 20% of our menu.
Plant-Based Options
The Commons Dining Hall features a Vegan Station with Cool Foods available daily for lunch and dinner.

We use tracking and forecasting tools to proactively identify food waste trends in order to alter our preparation accordingly.

Kegel's Produce (Lancaster, PA)
Kegel’s Produce has been a family owned business for over 75 years. Located on a 114,000 sq. ft. facility located in Lancaster, Pa, Kegal's boasts an extensive selection of local produce and an impressive intuitive online ordering portal. Our active membership with Produce Alliance as well as other industry partners helps us stay ahead of the trends and ensure a wide range of quality products.

The Common Market is a nonprofit regional wholesale food distributor on a mission to connect communities to good food grown by sustainable family farmers; building a nation composed of vibrant regional food systems with thriving urban and rural communities.
